Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During holidays there is a potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control. Our free shipping is for everything in the store except large over-sized items usually over 2 pounds, such as our beds, toppers, pet car seat covers.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada and the UK.

Delivery Timeline for international shipping is 10-21 day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bark & Beyond is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS has limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. All orders to a P.O. Box will be shipped using USPS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the package and item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shortages must be reported to us at within 48 hours of delivery. 

Terms & conditions on pre-ordered items

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.

1. “Full payment” is required & should be made via Bank Transfer,Online Transfer (Paypal) or any Payment channel . We do require are clients to pay the full amount stated on the invoice. Upon submission of the “Order Form”, payment of the client should be expected to be transferred within five (5) days or it shall be deemed cancelled.

2. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the order has been submitted and paid nor can it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3. Estimated Date of Arrival: Shipment is based on the shipping schedule of our selected courier. Although we could track and trace the whereabouts of our package we cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival. Products usually takes 45-60 days from date of order. The maximum number of days should not exceed 75 days or your “MONEY BACK” guaranteed. Kindly manage your expectations. “If you cannot wait that long then please do not proceed with your order”.

4. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via contact number, email address and other social media platforms you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24-48 hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.

5. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our clients.

6.If you are ordering pre-order merchandise, your entire order will ship when the pre-order items are available to ship. If you want to order in-stock items to ship right away and pre-order items to ship at a later date, please place 2 separate orders.
