These items are made to order and typically ship within 7–8 business days.

Most of our other products ship within 3-5 business days.Orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may take slightly longer to process and ship.

Free shipping is available for orders over $45 within the USA.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Bark & Beyond is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, we’re happy to help.

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item.

Due to their made-to-order nature, shirts, bags, and bandanas are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
