What payment methods do you accept?

No bones about it—we make checkout easy! 🐾 We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. However you prefer to pay, we’re ready to fetch your order and get it on its way!

What is your return policy?

We want every tail wag to be a happy one! If you or your pet aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Treats and edible items must be unopened for safety reasons, but toys, apparel, and accessories can be returned if they’re unused and in their original condition.

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, just give us a bark—we’ll make it right!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, our pack gets right to work fetching, packing, and shipping it out as fast as possible. 🐾 Because of this, we can’t always guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout.

If you need to make an update, reach out to us right away at info@barkandbeyondsupply.com and we’ll do our best to catch it before it heads out the door. Once it’s shipped, we’ll have to go through our regular return process.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States—no international deliveries, sorry fur-friends. 🐾
